Martina Greiler and Tanja Lobnig represented our University of Teacher Education at CERME 14 in Bozen, where 900 international researchers gathered to exchange ideas in mathematics education. Martina Greiler presented her study on strategy flexibility in multidigit multiplication, a project developed with Tanja Lobnig and Almut Thomas, while Tanja Lobnig explored conceptions of converting units of measurement. The discussions in their working groups contributed to CERME's three Cs – Communication, Cooperation, and Collaboration. The congress provided valuable insights, new research perspectives, and opportunities for international collaboration.
