Lydia Burchhardt, Nadja Danglmaier - The backpack of memories: provisions on the way or burden?

In this workshop, we are asking the question in which way memories let us grow or were a burden. What is remembrance work and what do we need it for? Is there a future without memory? How did remembering and silent concealing coin the image of National Socialism and what does this mean for its victims? Which cultures of remembrance influence our own lives and our soociety and what do we, personally, want to pass on?
