The participants of this project are Israeli and European higher educational institutions. The Head of the Office for Internationale Affairs, Prof. Mag. Dr. Pia-Maria Rabensteiner, BEd, Ms Elfriede Koschina, MA, BEd, teacher for English didactics and English school-practise-teacher in the New Middle-School, Mr. Prof. Mag. Dr. Gehard Rabensteiner, BEd, Bologna Representative at the UCTE and Ms Prof. Andriana Mylchuk, MA, BA, Erasmus+ Coordinator (Incomings) collaborate in this project and act as representatives for the University College of Teacher Education- Pädagogische Hochschule Kärnten / Viktor Frankl Hochschule.

First Consortium Meeting – February 2013
The Head of the Office for International Affairs, Prof. Mag. Dr. Pia-Maria Rabensteiner and Ms Elfriede Steiner, MA, BEd, the former Head of School Practice for Secondary School I, collaborate in this project and act as representatives for the University College of Teacher Education - Pädagogische Hochschule Kärnten / Viktor Frankl Hochschule.
The first consortium meeting took place from 18 and 19 February, 2013 and was organized in Tel Aviv. After the official opening from the coordinating institution, the introduction and the review of the project´s work packages, Ms Mag. Dr. Pia-Maria Rabensteiner and Ms ÜOL Elfriede Koschina made their presentation „Internationalization in Teacher Training Institution“
Study Visit I and Study Visit II
Within the Tempus-IRIS-project there took place study visits. Colleagues from the Beit Berl College (Dr. Anat Stavans, Dr. Amira Maeir, Dr. Daniella Schonker-Schreck) and from the Kaye Academic College (Dr. Olzan Golstein, Dr. Riva Levenchuk) visited the UCTE in May. 2013.
The 4th IRO Workshop within the Workpackage 4 took place in Klagenfurt and was part of the International Meeting 2014.
